Thames in long lumbar form. The same handwoven cloth as the 55 x 55 — fine heathered threads of mulberry and soft brown running through a cream ground, broken by narrow bands where the weave shifts and lifts — now stretched across 40 x 90cm, where the horizontal weave really has room to move.
The two-inch flange keeps the proportion generous. At this length the border stops the cushion reading as a strip and gives it the softness a long piece needs.
This is the piece that finishes a bed. Laid across the front of a king it does the work of three cushions, and the warm greige tone means it sits easily against white linen, black, or the plain weaves in this range.

Some of the handlooms in our studio are over 100 years old. The same techniques, the same care, producing a texture and warmth that machines simply cannot replicate.
We keep our collections small deliberately. It means we can stand behind every piece — checking quality, maintaining our craft, and ensuring that what arrives at your door is something worth keeping for years.
FAQ
How do I care for handwoven textiles?
Dry clean only for our handwoven and embellished pieces. Between cleans, a gentle spot clean and an airing in the shade keeps them at their best. Each piece is unique — small variations in the weave are the mark of the hand that made it, not a flaw.
What does made to order mean?
Many of our pieces are woven when you order them — by hand, on looms in our own production unit in India. Made-to-order pieces take 14–30 days before dispatch, and because they're crafted especially for you, we can't accept returns on them.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we offer store credit for change of mind returns (excluding Made To Order products). Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to have your return approved.
All items must be unused and in the original packaging with tags attached. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return postage.
MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS - Please choose carefully, we don't accept returns of custom-made orders.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide from our Gold Coast showroom. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
How long will it take to get my order?
In-stock orders usually ship within 1-3 business days. As we are a little bit out of town there can be delays with courier pickups.
Made-to-order products advise to allow 2 weeks for cushions and up to 8 weeks for bedding. Production timeframes are noted in each product description.
Delivery can be via Australia Post or courier and transit times will depend on your location.
Do your cushions come with inserts?
Our covers are sold individually, so you can refresh your styling season to season. Add a feather insert to any cushion in one click — each is sized to its cover for a full, tailored look. Please note inserts can only be purchased alongside covers.
