For over 30 years, BHD Home has worked with the same family in India — our own dedicated production unit where every cushion is made by hand, in small batches.

Some of the handlooms in our studio are over 100 years old. The same techniques, the same care, producing a texture and warmth that machines simply cannot replicate.

The Art of Appliqué

FAQ

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we offer store credit for change of mind returns (excluding Made To Order products). Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to have your return approved.

All items must be unused and in the original packaging with tags attached. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return postage.

MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS - Please choose carefully, we don't accept returns of custom-made orders.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world, shipping costs are calculated at the checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

In-stock orders usually ship within 1-3 business days. As we are a little bit out of town there can be delays with courier pickups.

Made-to-order products advise to allow 2 weeks for cushions and up to 8 weeks for bedding. Production timeframes are noted in each product description.

Delivery can be via Australia Post or courier and transit times will depend on your location.

Are inserts included?

We offer the option of purchasing covers only or with an insert. This gives you the option of buying a complete set or just the cover if you already have inserts and like to refresh your space!
